Artisan Crafts / Jewelry / Bracelets & Anklets

So I started making some MLP charms, I had the idea to make bracelets and necklaces to go with them. I found this ribbon weaving technique about a year ago and thought that the pattern would match the ponies well, since it is made with two colors it is easy to make the ribbons in the colors of the ponies.

Thats fantastic. Would you mind sharing the weaving tutorial if there is one. so pretty. Would love to make some bracelets for my daughter using ribbon.

I don't have a tutorial I can post, I got the instructions here in Japan so the copy I do have is in Japanese. Still, I believe if you search for "how to weave ribbon" you should find this and many other interesting techniques. Of course, I do sell these in my shop too if you are interested in buying some.

Yep did some searches. All the tutorials I found show single ribbon weaving and or braiding. They also don't look nearly as thick as yours x_x.

The charm is recycled plastic and I drew Apple Jack with permanent marker. The charms will be in the shop very soon.
